My area of interest includes Volatile (DDR, Cache) and non-volatile semiconductor Memory Devices,Micro controllers (ARM), Microelectronics, digital electronics and circuits. 2+ year of experience pre and post silicon validation of LPDDR2, LPDDR4/4X including characterization and Power co-relation on various parts, temperature and voltages. been part of multiple silicon bring-ups.Project flow included modification of Firmware, linker script modification, development of a test tool to read and write the memory and registers and running the test scripts like space integrity and CRC test for a particular board for given voltage and temperature value.successfully completed Post graduate Internship in ST Microelectronics Bangalore with project title \"DDR INTERFACE CHARACTERIZATION BASED ON PVTAB\", here PVTAB stands for parameters like Part, Voltage, Temperature, Activities, and Board.My objective is To utilize my technical skills and knowledge towards the organizational and individual growth and to enhance my enthusiastic learning ability.
