I became a FASTer Way coach because it worked. And it can work for you, too. After being healed of a mystery chronic illness (more on that here), I was still very weak and carrying extra weight I didn’t know how to unload. Perimenopausal symptoms didn’t help, either. I lost count of the number of times I cried in a fitting room, and none of my old weight loss tricks worked. If anything, I gained even more weight. I had no idea what to do. FASTer Way changed my life! They gave me a plan that not only worked, it became a lifestyle I LOVE. I went from chronically fatigued and weak to full of energy and stronger than ever before. ABOUT SUSAN WIESEMANN
After decades of toxic stress and completely neglecting my mind, body, and spirit, a rare, incurable autoimmune disorder brought me to my knees. With no hope for recovery, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. God led me on a healing journey that showed me that I had to heal from the inside out - spiritually and physically. And, it worked! I was declared healed in March 2023. God healed me of a crazy mystery illness, and now He has me on a mission to help women become the best versions of themselves. After all, God helped me see who He always meant me to be. Now, it’s my turn to help other women see who God intended them to be. I come alongside women through fitness + nutrition coaching, prayer, and sharing my testimony. In my previous life: Emmy award-winning Cincinnati marketer, stand-up comedy aficionado, and writer of words. I love all things marketing strategy, advertising, branding, and copy-writing. Multi-tasking to meet aggressive deadlines is right in my wheelhouse.
