About Susie Vanseth
I’m an operations-minded professional who lives at the intersection of systems, communication, and follow-through. I specialize in making complex or broken processes clearer, more efficient, and easier for people to use, especially in education-focused and mission-driven organizations.Much of my work centers on translating big-picture goals into practical execution: organizing information, improving workflows, refining communications, and ensuring that the details are accurate, accessible, and actually work in real life. I’m often the person brought in to untangle something that’s gotten messy — whether that’s a plan, process, a platform, or a piece of information that needs structure and clarity.Colleagues know me as thoughtful, reliable, and solutions-oriented. I value precision, transparency, and systems that support people rather than slow them down. I’m especially motivated by work that improves access, equity, and outcomes for students and schools.Described by colleagues as \"someone who has changed the game for every team she\'s been apart of,\" I am committed to making an impact on organizations, the people who work there and the results they achieve. I am excited to be able to contribute meaningful and impactful work to the special education community through MAAPS.
