ABOUT SUSAN SJOLUND

With a career spanning global markets, I’ve spent over two decades helping individuals and companies unlock their full potential as a marketing and public relations executive. I\'ve participated in high-stakes initiatives, including one of the largest medical device sector acquisitions in recent history and influencing the governments of Malaysia and Sweden to embrace new tools for entrepreneurial growth. In 2022 I shifted my focus to what I love most: empowering people to be the best version of themselves. As an ICF-accredited coach, I work with leaders, teams, and individuals worldwide - across the U.S, Sweden, Canada, South Africa, Germany, the U.K, and the Middle East - helping them find clarity, direction, and the confidence to lead with impact.I bring a blend of real-world business acumen and deep coaching expertise to my work. I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and hold certifications in leadership and innovation from Harvard Business School and NYU School of Business. My foundation in communication comes from a B.Tech in Public Relations from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.Whether in a boardroom, a coaching session, or a conversation over coffee, my goal is simple: to help people and organizations move through what\'s holding them back.
