ABOUT SUSAN CREWS

Congratulations, you are a lifetime member of Weight Watchers were the words I heard when I was 11 years old. Years later, I look back on being a child lifetime member and how achieving this goal was a blessing and a curse. The blessing - at a young age I learned the importance of eating healthy to fuel my body.The curse - I perceived my beauty and worth were determined by the number on a scale and what others thought of me. This is where I got stuck and received my ticket for a roller coaster ride of trying to be something that someone else wanted for me and not knowing myself. I rode this rollercoaster for thirty years until I crashed from trying to be everything to everyone else while ignoring myself. It was after crashing that I made a decision to prioritize myself, make significant lifestyle changes and quickly realized when I love myself well I can love others better, be more successful at work, and have more abundance and joy in life!Today, I am on a mission to help other successful women prioritize herself, to reach for her dreams and bust the exhaustion cycle to move from depleted to dynamic. When she does this she has the energy to create a life she loves filled with self love, work/life harmony, and more success at work and home. In my workshops, programs, and retreats women learn how to improve her fitness - spiritually, mentally and physically - and to prioritize herself, enjoy good food, pay attention to her finances and fashion, and, of course, have a lot of FUN! There are many different modalities such as meditation, movement, breath work, yoga, and cooking simple meals that I use in my practice and programs that enhance life and are easy to implement. An easy way to experience my light and energy is to find a stage where I am speaking. In my illuminating presentations I bring lots of energy, fun and inspiration to the stage and create connections with my real life stories and zest for life.For those of you who love a good podcast, I am the host of The Radiant Soul Sisters podcast and community where women come together to share stories that inspire all women to live their best life.
