This was due in part to developing a concierge rewards system that I developed to encourage FOH staff to discover the unique and historic areas of Boston to be better equipped to send out guests on their next adventure. We raised ADR and occupancy, lowered our commissions to OTA\'s and increased our customer based direct bookings.
