About Susan Pifer

Susan grew up in the NC Piedmont and has a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from High Point University. She has practiced real estate since she attended the Dan Mohr Real Estate School in 2006 as a sales broker, executive assistant, team trainer, property manager and Broker-In-Charge. Susan has been honored to serve various roles within the Winston Salem Association of REALTORS (WSRAR) as Director with the Board of Directors and Past President of the Property Management Division. She participated in two leadership programs in 2023 including the Carolina Leadership Academy and Davie Leadership. In 2024 she will serve again as President of the WSRAR Property Management Division and as a Director of the NC REALTORS (State-Level) Property Management Division. Past experiences have included being a firefighter, EMT, bus driver, motorcoach driver, cheer coach, Girl Scouts leadership, youth director, puppet ministry, etc. Her favorite past times are traveling and relaxing on/near a lake or the beach. As owner of Eagle Realty of NC, Eagle Realty also has a background working sellers, buyers and other clients throughout Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Yadkin, Rowan and Iredell counties.
