ABOUT SUE HANSON

Skilled Human Resources professional and Teacher. Over the past four years I\'ve qualified as CAVA working as a Tutor/Assessor/Learning and Development Coach, running ILM, CMI and Highfield programmes in Leadership and Development at Levels 3 and 5 Diploma and Certificate. EPA (End Point Assessor) and IQA qualified, working with a variety of UK EPAOs I’ve led and inspired teams of people in national companies, encouraged and coached people at all levels towards achieving their full potential. My main drive is about enabling people to achieve more than they think they can. It\'s a known fact that everyone can \"up their game\" by 20% in business, given the right motivators. I\'ve a lifelong fascination learning about and understanding the character of people related to the business they are in, and how to recognise and feed their potential to benefit both the individuals and the bottom line of the business. And of course, having fun along the way! That way everybody wins. I\'ve worked with employers and learners from large national companies to local SMEs in the private, professional and public sectors in the UK, Europe and UAE.
