Serves as the main point of contact for the Revenue, Sales Engineering and Account Management teams using Salesforce as CRM. • Collaborates with Revenue Sales to develop and refine their internal processes, CRM management, and activity tracking. Develops, curates and reports on KPIs. • Builds and maintains Salesforce reports and dashboards, and handles ad hoc data reporting requests. • Ensures utilization, timeliness and accuracy of data in the technology stack used by Revenue, Sales Engineering and other teams. • Supports data visibility, integrity and cleanliness across systems and throughout the entire sales and marketing funnel from Lead to Customer. • Identifies gaps in process and systems, then develops, proposes and implements solutions. • Communicates consistently at a high level, winning the buy-in and trust of our functions within the Revenue Department. • Serves as a back-up to the Senior Sales Operations Manager and assists with data integrity and CRM compliance, system improvement projects and reporting tasks. • Familiar with the other areas of revenue operations (marketing, partnerships, customer success) and assists their Senior Leadership when needed.
