In Vivo Team Representative on several Research project teams for iPSC and PBMC donor derived NK and macrophage based cell therapies for oncology and autoimmune diseases in Pre-IND phase. Accountable for in vivo study design, protocol authoring, timely study execution, data analysis, QC, documentation and presentation. Collaboration with CRO for in vivo and ex vivo assay work. Performed weekly multicolor flow cytometry assays to analyze blood PK of NK and immune cell populations, including selected surface markers, with periodically extended analysis to tissues (spleen, bone marrow, liver amongst other). Conducted extensive data analysis and compilation using FlowJo for cross-functional data review. Developed expertise with immortalized human cell lines, generating cell banks, and established in vivo tumor implantation SOP protocols for several B cell lymphoma and myeloma cell lines and successfully trained a colleague from basic tissue culture techniques to independently performing cell culture and tumor cell harvests for implantation studies. Led team-wide data organization, implementing structured folder systems and standardized ELN documentation, developed SOP-style study protocol templates (Word, Excel), GraphPad Prism graphing templates, and customized Studylog reports to streamline in vivo data export and documentation. Implemented Monday.com to create a centralized study “motherboard” enabling multi-criteria search and cross-team data integration and visibility. Sourced and procured equipment and materials for setting up laboratory and in vivo research spaces.
