ABOUT SUSANNE CRAWFORD

MY STORY: I started my career in government. Although I moved on to other positions outside the walls of government, my heart is still there. As a purpose-driven, govtech marketing and public relations executive, I thrive at the intersection of mission, strategy, and impact – working with a team dedicated to creating and delivering SaaS and AI solutions that modernize government, transform operations and service delivery, and improve outcomes that matter most. I offer deep expertise in strategic positioning and messaging, creating and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans and end-to-end, GTM campaigns, and rebranding to authentically convey an organization\'s promise – all efforts designed to build awareness in the marketplace and expand impact; generate demand, leads and substantial revenue; and support ongoing client engagement. Additionally, my extensive work in public relations allows me to understand and navigate the complexities and sensitivities surrounding government projects, procurement, and contracting. I am proud to have helped govtech companies achieve 4x revenue growth and expand their government agency client footprint. While my state and local government program experience is broad and covers many areas, of particular interest are health and human services and safety net programs that serve the nation\'s most vulnerable (Medicaid, SNAP, child welfare, child care, child support, and unemployment insurance).
