I am an elder law attorney specializing in elder financial abuse litigation, conservatorships and trust administration, estate and long term care planning, public benefits eligibility and special needs trusts.I\'m delighted to be part of a team of great lawyers at Hahn & Hahn LLP, a general practice firm in Pasadena. After 19 years of solo practice in the Bay Area, I joined Hahn & Hahn in 2019 which has allowed me to provide expanded services and more depth in practice for my clients as we have dedicated and experienced lawyers in trusts & estates, real estate, tax, business, employment, family law and litigation. It\'s deeply gratifying to to be practicing elder law in the Pasadena area where I grew up and to continue to work with my Bay Area clients.I\'m an author for legal publishers Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) and Matthew Bender with chapters in CEB’s California Elder Law Resources, California Conservatorship Practice, and Complete Plans for Small and Mid-Sized Estates, and in Matthew Bender’s California Trust Litigation, and California Pleading & Practice. As a former legal services attorney specializing in aging and disability issues, I served as a staff attorney at Legal Aid of San Jose, Legal Assistance for Seniors in Oakland, California Rural Legal Assistance in Modesto, and The Arizona Center for Disability Law.
