During my tenure as Chief Science Officer at enGenome, I supervised R&D projects aimed at delivering innovation within our products.I oversaw the application of machine learning to the task of genomic variant interpretation, which culminated in the delivery of the \"Suggested Diagnosis\" algorithm.I coordinated the development of the digenic and oligogenic prioritization method (DIVAs) within an EIC accelerator project.Currently, I\'m leading the development of the VarChat application, applying generative AI and cutting-edge AI methods to build the first genomic assistant.My research focus also includes the application of AI methods to integrate multi-omic data.
