Consultant for DEI firm based in Colorado that provides evaluations and trainings for corporations, INGOs, hospitals, State departments, coalitions, and community organizations. I have consulted with clients in both private and public sectors on issues related to DEI and public health. ACHIEVEMENTS- Led strategic planning and/or trainings for 10+ clients- Organized Colorado\'s first community mental wellness summit for Asian Americans, Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islanders with over 90 registrants and 8 workshops- Organized and facilitated 4 Healing Circles for Asian Americans after Atlanta murders and rise in anti-Asian hate. Resulted in over 40 attendees total- Managed in therapy stipend distribution program for minoritized individuals in CO and national AAPI therapist directory management.
