An advocate for population health and value-based care (VBC) who started the healthcare journey in benefits, helping individuals get the most of their healthcare coverage and gain a better understanding of our healthcare landscape; moved into health and benefits consulting, providing guidance to individual groups on the best-fitting health plans within the market for their employees and helping employers create meaningful health-centered programs; now currently working to change the landscape from a solely fee-for-service approach to a more value-based methodology by negotiating, implementing, and providing ongoing operational support on VBC arrangements within a health system. The goal is to care for each patient to the best of our ability, improving quality and utilization performance, while lowering costs and reducing waste.
