About Susanna Hunter

I\'m a VP of HR at Salesforce, where I partner with the President of Customer Success and support a $5.5B business of employees across 35 countries. Before that, I got my start in GE\'s HR Leadership Program, and I hold a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell. Over the past fifteen years, I\'ve led the integration of nine major acquisitions including Slack, navigated global restructurings across every region, and run Customer Success\' first ever redeployment program to retrain thousands of employees for the era of AI.Along the way, I\'ve also been a competitive roller derby player, a matchmaker, a death doula, a former geologist, and a stand-up comedian. Each one taught me something about leadership that no corporate training ever could.I\'m a certified Integral Coach, a triathlete, a musician, and a mother of twins.I write about what I wish someone had told me about leadership, working parenthood, and the systems that hold it all together.
