I am a motivated student attending the University of Alabama, where I am actively pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I am an innately driven individual and am incredibly passionate about learning about my future career field and developing skills that will allow me to be successful in a corporate environment. It is my goal to learn how to be an indispensable employee so that I can benefit the future company I work for to the best of my ability.I am a people-oriented and collaborative individual who works hard to achieve my goals. I am committed to any organization I join and dedicated to fulfilling any task required of me through my involvement. I possess an emotional intelligence that allows me to be a successful manager of conflict because I can empathize with and can easily put myself in other people\'s shoes to see things from their perspective. I maintain strong morals and have an advanced knowledge of ethical decision-making, which allows me to make analytical and fair choices. My involvement and experience gained through it have made me adaptable to change and flexible when dealing with unforeseen problems.
