ABOUT SUSANNAH PENCOVICH

Grateful to be Vice Chair of \"With Kids\"- Play Therapy - early intervention mental health support for disadvantaged children across Scotland. Please speak to me about this and follow our work at As a Solicitor and Notary Public at Scottish Enterprise, I provide legal advice and support to Scotland\'s national economic development agency (a non-departmental public body of Scott Govt). I enjoy being part of multi-disciplinary teams, delivering projects that contribute to the social and economic wellbeing of Scotland - more than just profit. I manage a varied caseload including: property disposals and acquisitions, competition law, grants, regulatory compliance, project governance, policy, data protection, FOI, contractual enforcement, business continuity, risk management matters etc. I sit on the Business Continuity Committee (Silver Team). I am a Law Society of Scotland Certified Specialist in Risk Management and Risk Governance (2023), I hold the CMI Certificate in Management and Leadership (Level 5) from the Chartered Management Institute and I am working through a number of accredited Operations and Project Management qualifications: APM PMQ (pending, 2026) Prince2 Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt TQUK Lean Ops Mgmt Open Uni. BZVM302 - Business management: improving organisational practice I am a Humanitarian Disaster Responder with REACT Disaster Response-(1) Ukraine, Dec 22, for supply chain due diligence on REACT\'s hot food distribution network,(2) Turkiye/Syrian border, Feb 23, to assist in disaster relief operations following a major earthquake and subsequent compounding quakes,(3) Ukraine, March 25 to deliver trauma first aid training underground, in the dark, as close as a few streets from the active front line in Kherson; and(4) Jamaica, Nov 25, Hurricane Melissa, embedded with the United Nations World Food Programme working on the last-mile-logistical challenges of delivering food aid to the most vulnerable.I\'ve undertaken excellent training eg.> Wilderness & Remote Medical First Responder by Remote Area Risk International> Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT),> Operational Leadership,> L3 QNUK Ofqual Regulated First Responder,> L3 QNUK Ofqual Administration of Emergency Oxygen,> DEFRA Mod 2 Flood,> Off Site Safety Mgmt,> Search & Technical Rescue (InSTR) etc.I speak Spanish and am learning Arabic.
