Work with Program Directors to timeline out, create milestones, and craft staff roles for annual work, including program assessments, and follow-up throughout the year to ensure on-time completion- Innovate to create more efficient staff workflows and effective data collection methods- Perform data analysis, including matching clients across multiple reports and comparing point-in-time data to understand flow of clients in and out of the system- Project manage regular workflows across programs to ensure accountability to deliverables are met, clearly and consistently tracked, and staff are equipped to move work forward. Key successes include- Managing the daily and weekly reporting of Recovery Meals Project to ensure that clients were transitioned to Case Management Agencies as the pandemic program ended- Designed the Caseload Monthly Monitoring Card, developed a new work process, facilitate monthly team meetings to create follow-up plans with providers, and trained staff on key metrics. This process increased accountability and streamlined communication with providers to ensure they were meeting their deliverables and centralized communication- Developing the NYPD MOU data management protocol and disseminating lists to staff as well as creating a de-personalized historical record of all calls made by staff for future reporting needs as well as supporting staff with technical issues.
