2019 Telegraph and Everywoman Travel Pioneer of the Year 2023 ASTA semi-finalist - Global Travel Entrepreneur of the Year I\'m an entrepreneur with a background in advertising and a passion for connecting like-minded people online. With over 14 years of advertising experience in planning and executing complex and innovative OOH campaigns for major Blue-Chip clients, I have a proven track record in managing and developing planning teams, new business pitches and growing existing portfolios. I left my advertising career to pursue my passions - adventurous family travel and community building/engagement within corporate organisations. In 2018 Our Tribe Travels, a global community for parents who love adventurous travel, was recognised by Facebook as one of the UK\'s most engaged and active community FB groups. In 2019 I was a guest speaker at the Destination Travel Show. In the same year, I was grateful to be awarded the Everywoman Travel Pioneer of the Year trophy for being a female trailblazer in the travel space. In recent months, I have launched complementary communities, Family Home Swaps and Gap Year Parents, to support families planning their travel adventures and exploring the world. In 2019, Bennett Hay employed me to launch and manage a portfolio of communities to connect their colleagues and clients across multiple office locations. I have the ability to bring people together, and I love facilitating connections between group members.
