My team and I are responsible for designing and developing Frontlyne, a workforce management platform for the retail teams. My role includes the end-to-end management of new feature ideation, product development and platform deployment. Some of my responsibilities include- Discussions with customers to understand their pain points and align features that will support them- Co-ordinate with the UX & UI team to map relevant user journeys- Plan with the product development team to implement new features and oversee new releases- Deploy system architectures to support the SaaS paltforms- Communicate readiness of the platform to the relevant teams and stakeholders
