ABOUT SUSAN MOSER

Susan is an Enthusiastic, Strategic and Visionary Healthcare Executive that retired from AbbVie. Susan is currently focused on using her skill set in volunteer projects that improve patient outcomes. Since 1981, she has dedicated her professional time toward seeking solutions to improve healthcare. Her passion is developing creative and strategic “Find a Way” solutions to make possibilities real in the management of patient populations. She also seeks best practice in connecting “Action Oriented” Executive leaders that have a desire to improve population health, the health care process, health care outcomes and the patient experience. Her creative passion carries over into her life outside of her volunteer work as she travels in the US and internationally to learn and expand her knowledge of different cultures. She maximizes personal time to “Sharpen her Saw” in pursuit of expanding her photography skills. Her favorite strategic photography exercise is taking 36 pictures within a picture. This exercise has also helped Susan in her work life as she focuses on both the big picture and the details within the healthcare ecosystem. This snapshot allows her to seek innovative solutions, align strategies and connect people in the development of best practice processes to improve patient care. She is ever learning and expanding her knowledge to make a difference in patient lives. Susan is currently volunteering alongside visionary leaders in the Kentucky and West Virginia Hepatitis Academic Mentorship Programs to expand access to care and improve patient lives by eliminating Hepatitis C.
