Professional goalsTo maximize organizational capabilities in development, implementation, and change management based on my multi-level and multi-year experience. I’ve designed and implemented best-practice processes in organization in all areas from the IT service and development organization to the operational and financial departments, regression automation and QA programs, and SOX compiance and segregation of duties security design. I always strive to strike a cost/time/scope (PMP ‘Iron triangle’) balance for every implementation, whether ERP, back-office, development, or regulatory compliance. I’m confident that I bring expertise to any organization based not only on my technical background, but my real-life, feet-on-the-ground experience over the last 25 years.
