More than 20 years of public accounting experience focused on clients primarily in the following industries: services, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and technology. Susan has extensive experience working with clients on generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), conversion of financial statements from cash basis to accrual basis of accounting and buy and sell side quality of earnings due diligence (or assisting private equity firms and corporate buyers in evaluating potential company merger and acquisition targets). Susan has three years of experience with a Fortune publicly-held retail company as Director of Accounting and is a former manager at Ernst & Young. Susan serves as a board member and treasurer for the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA. She is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, and the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Dallas.
