At Four Mile Capital, my role orchestrates the delicate balance of investor relations, with a portfolio of 14 properties worth $336 million, meticulous financial management, including, budgeting and cash flow analysis, and HR with a keen focus on nurturing over 450 high net worth relationships. Within multi-family acquisitions, I execute legal documentation and due diligence across multiple states, contributing to the strategic expansion of our property footprint. My mission is to strengthen and streamline operations, from human resource management to corporate communications, ensuring our investors and stakeholders are engaged, informed and heard. My experiences with varied industries have provided with a diverse knowledge honing expertise in managing financials, from budgeting to accounts receivable/payable, administrative processes, leadership, logistics and operations while fostering strong relationships to maintain peak operational efficiency.
