Chief of Staff for the Product & Technology group at Sonatype. My career path at Sonatype over the past ten years has changed several times as the company has successfully evolved from start-up to market leader. This role allows me to continue to support our Agile best practices, provide more strategic support, and work with leadership across the organization on planning and delivery. As always, the work with the DEI team and Women at Sonatype remain top priorities. • Agile and Scrum Coach for globally distributed engineering teams with a focus on building remote collaboration, facilitating communication and team health.• Scrum Coach for simultaneous website re-launches and enhancement builds across multiple CMS platforms including Adobe AEM (formerly CQ5) with an excellent record for successful on-time releases. Experienced in Agile development protocols, cross-departmental integration and managing off-shore teams (India and South America). Work directly with the Product Owner to identify MVPs, design requirements, IA, controlled vocabularies, taxonomies and meta data requirements.• Agile advocate. Adherence to Agile practices including Product Roadmap, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Demos and Retrospectives, Release Planning and Project Retrospectives with an average team size of ten members including FE and BE Developers, Automated and Manual Testers, Scrum Coach, BA and Product Owner. • Business Analyst responsibilities included meeting with Stakeholders to investigate and document the end user experience while directing them in utilizing SDLC best practices for the creation of the website front-end features and back-end CMS user interface and reporting tools.• Web Site Operations Manager and Content Manager for highly successful content rich, e-commerce website launches for Hanley Wood, LLC and Time Life. These included a content analysis of products (CD, books, home plans), the migration of tens of thousands of content items and related meta data in tandem with the creation of thousands of pages of original content delivered on schedule. Managed two to eight full-time and part-time staff per project.

Communication, especially in coordinating with various departments including HR and Talent Development and cross-organization stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.* Be an strategic advisor and thought partner to the Chief Product Development Officer (CPDO).*Support the CPDO and Product & Technology (P&T) Leadership team in setting and communicating overall strategy to the broader organization and Board of Directors and Vista Equity Partners.*Lead 2024 P&T Company and Team goal setting process and alignment.*Assume critical open P&T team and project leadership roles on an interim basis to create leverage for P&T Leaders and to deliver business critical programs.*Lead key strategic and special projects for CPDO.*Support CPDO with operationalizing key strategic planning processes including corporate strategy, training, commercial and roadmap strategy, financial planning, and budgeting.*Work with CPDO to set agenda, coordinate follow-ups, and organize key team meetings, leadership meetings, leadership off-sites, and Town Halls.
