My mission is to help people understand their strengths, values, interests, personality, and skills—and build careers they actually feel good about—careers that match the life they want to live.I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and am currently completing the requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m also certified in the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory, which allows me to offer a holistic, personalized approach to career exploration.My background in higher education and career development has taught me that there is no one “right path.” Instead, we each have a unique combination of strengths and experiences that shape where we thrive.
