I work on a central product team building support and integrity (trust and safety) experiences across Meta technologies and platforms, including AI experiences. As a senior content designer, I Iead cross-functional workstreams and provide mentorship to other designers. I build scalable design frameworks grounded in the latest research to help keep people safe online, partnering with internal and external experts to craft messaging and design experiences that prevent harm and that provide support to people who need it. I\'ve developed and shipped experiences to improve our platforms when it comes to child safety, bullying, suicide and more. I’ve also developed and executed plans and regulatory playbooks for compliance-related launches. Like other content designers at the company, I help make our products easy to use. I develop and test products and content, collaborating with policy experts, safety investigators, product designers, researchers, product managers, internationalization experts, operations experts, engineers and more. I also co-built the company-wide tone framework, teach peer classes on voice and tone and give talks about voice and tone at UX conferences.
