About Susan Gingerich

I am a Serial Marketer and Trainer with extensive experience in defining strategies and campaigns, developing content for various channels, designing and implementing creative and launching new products. Over my professional career, I have won various awards nationally and locally for my marketing and sales building strategies, but personally, I value the many professional relationships I have made. Additionally, I have a training talent because of my love for people! I have professionally created instructional materials and communications over a variety of formats including web-based and facilitated classroom training to several adult learning styles. I have had two national positions with companies in training. One to train franchisees on best practices for marketing, business development and operations and another with a major banking institution to merge 3 banking companies with over 25 Florida branches into a parent corporation with Teller Training in 5 training Florida sites. It is amazing to see people learn and aspire to more learning and advanced goals. I have supervised work teams using Creative Team Leadership, developed training materials and coached staff to success.One of my personal passions, is my Rotary Club and the charitable works we accomplish. In the past we adopted a homeless shelter Playground Project, which I spearheaded and received in grants. Totally, I raised for this project and now Broward Partnership has a playground for their children and their families who reside at the facility. This playground was challenged by Hurricane Wilma, which occurred just one month after completion of the project but withstood the winds and rain without damage. I am currently a past club President.I am a past SCORE Volunteer where I taught marketing classes and offered mentoring sessions. During my time, I was included in the Broward County Small Business Conference and Small Business Program to teach Marketing.
