Ensuring every survivor has prompt access to care, resources, and justice, while fostering a command climate of dignity, respect, and accountability.• Crisis Intervention & Case Management: Provides immediate, trauma-informed advocacy—offers emotional support, safety planning, and referrals to medical, legal, and behavioral-health services. Manage a caseload of 30+ active cases, maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring continuity of care through resolution.• Policy Compliance & Reporting: Oversees adherence to Army SHARP regulations and DoD/Victim Advocate certification standards. Maintain accurate case documentation in Restricted/Unrestricted reporting systems, ensuring 100% audit readiness and zero procedural lapses.• Training & Outreach: Designs and delivers SHARP awareness briefs, bystander-intervention workshops, and prevention seminars to Soldiers and civilian employees across the installation.
