    Serve as Fort Sill Army Garrison\'s primary, 24/7 confidential support specialist for Soldiers and family members affected by sexual harassment and assault. Ensuring every survivor has prompt access to care, resources, and justice, while fostering a command climate of dignity, respect, and accountability.• Crisis Intervention & Case Management: Provides immediate, trauma-informed advocacy—offers emotional support, safety planning, and referrals to medical, legal, and behavioral-health services. Manage a caseload of 30+ active cases, maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring continuity of care through resolution.• Policy Compliance & Reporting: Oversees adherence to Army SHARP regulations and DoD/Victim Advocate certification standards. Maintain accurate case documentation in Restricted/Unrestricted reporting systems, ensuring 100% audit readiness and zero procedural lapses.• Training & Outreach: Designs and delivers SHARP awareness briefs, bystander-intervention workshops, and prevention seminars to Soldiers and civilian employees across the installation. Collaborates with commanders to integrate prevention messaging into block leave, newcomer in-processing, and annual training schedules.• Stakeholder Coordination: Acts as the bridge between survivors, SARC, medical providers, law enforcement, and legal offices. Facilitate expedited Medical Treatment Facility appointments and liaise with Trial Counsel to streamline Restricted and Unrestricted reporting investigations.• Data Analysis & Program Improvement: Tracks key metrics—reporting rates, resolution timelines, recidivism trends—and present quarterly “Climate Health” reports to Brigade leadership. Implement process improvements that reduced survivor response time by 20%.• Advocacy & Culture Change: Lead command-wide “Consent & Respect” campaigns, partner with Family Readiness Groups to amplify survivor voices, and recognize “SHARP Champions” to reinforce positive behaviors.
