ABOUT SUSAN ENNIS

Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place. This is the mission we work toward every day, providing the opportunity for every girl in our community to have GREAT Girl Scout experiences that prepare her for a lifetime of success. My role with Girl Scouts of Citrus affords me the opportunity to work with a dedicated group of people who are focused on making a difference in girls\' lives. In addition to working closely with the executive management team to provide strategic direction to the Council as a whole, I lead the following teams: • Fund Development – This team is responsible for stewarding our relationships with donors, volunteers and community partners, securing the necessary resources for us to deliver on our mission. • Marketing & Public Relations – Extremely creative and talented, this team manages all our internal and outward-facing communications. • Membership - Introducing girls and their families to everything Girl Scouting has to offer, this team works closely with members throughout our six-county footprint. • Special Projects – Some projects need a little extra attention from conception to delivery - construction and operational implementation of the STEAM Leadership Center and the Women\'s History & Cultural Center are two such projects.
