Epic Trainer credentialed with over twelve years of Epic Support and in-classroom training Experience. Trained Providers and Medical Staff the Epic Application throughout Northern California, for Kaiser Permanente, for over 30 implementation sites and across most medical disciplines. Taught Medical Personnel how to build smart phrases, smart text, preference lists for medications, procedures and lab or radiation orders, diagnosis, and adding patient instructions. How to use the in-basket, working with staff messages, patient messaging and checking lab results. Strong training skills with all levels of employees, training up to 40 individuals within a lunch and learn setting.
