Supports the Chief Medical Officer, who oversees Medical Affairs and Quality Improvement Supports the Vice President of Population Health & Clinical Operations.• Manages the calendar and schedule for the Vice President of Medical Management requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as vendors, to coordinate meetings.• Makes travel arrangements for Vice President of Medical Management and Staff.• Prepares agendas, completes meeting minutes, sends memos, and transcribes notes.• Orders office supplies in Coupa Software.• Plans and manages events and catering for my department and Oregon Market.• Sorts and delivers mail and correspondence for my department.• Connects, troubleshoots, and supports meetings that require Zoom.• Manages Outlook email distribution lists for my department.• Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the my Department.• Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies and procedures.• Serves as administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders.• Uses applications and other information systems for reporting and inquiry.• Manages the American Express™ Corporate Meeting Card and completes expense reports in Concur.• Completes copy, print, and scan jobs.• Supports the onboarding of new hires for my department.• Completes other duties as assigned. • Works independently with minimal supervision.
