ABOUT SUSAN DOUGLAS
Dr. Susan Douglas has 20+ years of experience at the intersection of leadership, organizational learning, workforce development, trauma-informed care, and health care technology innovation. Susan is a professor at Vanderbilt University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, designing and leading teams, and evaluation of organizational performance. She is an internationally recognized thought leader in using feedback to improve practice and organizational learning in the health care space. With 100+ publications and presentations, she has supported organizations globally with digital health technology transformation. Guided by user-centered and evidence-based principles, Susan helps leaders sustain innovation and improve organizational metrics with the golden thread of data-informed decision-making.
