ABOUT SUSAN DONNELLY
My Recruitment and HR experience is gained mainly within Financial Services and in the Investment Banking Industry.I started my recruitment career in agency where I recruited temporary and permanent staff for a range of public and private sector organisations. I then moved to an in-house HR/Recruitment role with HSBC Securities Services (HSS). In 2011, I joined the RPO - Resource Solutions, still with HSBC HSS, working onsite, recruiting for permanent and fixed term contracts for the Edinburgh office. I recruited across a wide range of professional disciplines focusing on a range of roles from graduate level to senior management. I was involved in the full recruitment cycle, direct sourcing, PSL engagement and maintaining excellent candidate and internal client relationships.In September 2015 I joined Tesco Bank on a contract basis as a Recruitment Advisor, recruiting for a range of different roles within the business.In August 2016 I moved from a contract to a permanent basis with Tesco Bank, still in Recruitment.
