About Susan Derby
I aim to meet people where they are, in providing support where it is needed and accepted. I am a social worker in hospice, spending time with patients with terminal illness as well as their families and caregivers. In this vulnerable time in individuals\' and families\' lives, it is my honor to be of assistance, whether that be providing a hand to hold or help with practical needs. I work with an interdisciplinary team of the highest caliber in Ventura County and am proud of the work we do together.
