I focus on the highest priority business projects, I think in an iterative incremental approach, I believe data wins, Customer input is a must or don’t do it, I speak my mind and team collaboration fuels my professional cup. My grandfather said,\"you do a job, the company pays you. Expect no more or no less.\" What he taught me was people will remember you not for the work you did but how you did it and how you treated them along the way.For the last several years I’ve thrived working with all walks of life from understanding vision from top level executives to the customer/prospect’s feedback to the developer writing the code. My most recent experience includes developing a strategic plan and executing to make that plan come to fruition. Most of all I love learning from failure and helping to create, lead and mentor a team that enjoys the work.
