ABOUT SUSAN CAMPBELL

I am an engineering professional with diversified and extensive experience in energy and resource development (conventional/ thermal oil, gas, mining, technology). With my technical and leadership background, I create opportunity by developing ideas from concept through to execution, or facilitating others to do the same. I am driven to deliver results, with a strategy focus and underpinned by safety and quality values. My career has been intentionally designed to learn as much as possible about different aspects of the energy industry, from upstream natural gas facilities installations in NW Alberta to thermal bitumen extraction technology development to lower GHG emissions and finally to building out strategy for the downstream business of a major integrated company. I am comfortable in both front-line leadership positions, and as an individual contributor as part of a high-performing team. I am analytical and detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and am able to provide engineering expertise and project leadership.
