I am a Principal Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in the building and infrastructure industry. Currently I am leading the design-build project management (DBPM) team on a $2B light rail program. I started my career as an architect, where I excelled in project management. Projects included higher education, science & technology, housing, and office. I practiced for 9 years and gained my architecture license.In 2019, I became a project manager and design manager for a general contractor on progressive design-build work. I led projects up to $150M from pursuit through construction completion, mobilizing to site full-time during the construction phase, successfully building strong teams to deliver impactful buildings for sophisticated clients. In 2022, I was named a Top 10 Women in Construction by Construction Business Owner magazine through nomination by my peers.In 2025, I joined Mott MacDonald to support Sound Transit in delivering a $2B infrastructure program, Sound Transit’s first progressive design-build project.I’m passionate about finding and leveraging individuals’ strengths to assemble powerful teams. These teams deliver superior products for our clients while enjoying their daily work. I support these teams to find their flow, pulling clients in to engage in that energy and deliver complex projects. These projects lead to meaningful, generational community impact.

   DBPM Project Manager and Resident Engineer for Sound Transit OMF Program, the agency\'s first progressive design-build project. The program will deliver two operations and maintenance facilities (OMFs) and 2.4 miles of track for the primary public transit agency in Seattle. These OMFs enable expansion of the light rail system, extending access to communities from Tacoma to Everett, Washington.
