I’m a Business Process Analyst who enjoys digging into how work actually happens inside organizations.My work begins with listening—interviewing stakeholders, observing workflows, and documenting processes to understand how teams currently operate. I want to gather pain points, uncover roadblocks, clarify handoffs between teams, and identify communication gaps.By turning conversations, observations, and systems into structured documentation and clear narratives, I can collaborate with the solution experts who design the improvements. The reward is when I know team members feel heard, and when I get to help teams adopt the solutions that make their work lives less complicated or frustrating.Before moving into process analysis, I spent more than a decade consulting on Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) platform. That work strengthened my ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams while translating technical systems into practical strategies organizations could actually use. The same listening, synthesis, and communication skills that served my clients then continue to shape how I approach process work today.I look forward to helping Navitas Credit Corp. better understand how work flows through their teams so they can make updates that benefit both team members and the bottom line.
