ABOUT SUSANA CHINCHILLA
UX & Product Designer passionate about designing with purpose, clarity, and measurable impact.I hold a Master’s degree from New York Institute of Technology, and my background spans enterprise product design, AI-enabled platforms, and community-driven initiatives. At IBM, I led global UX efforts across complex systems, collaborated closely with engineers and product leaders, and helped teams move from ideas to shipped outcomes using data, experimentation, and user insight.Beyond my professional work, I’m an active community builder and board member. I support founders through HBS Foundry and the FoundHERs community in Austin, and work closely with students and underrepresented communities through workshops at UT, McCombs School of Business, and Code2College, as well as mentorship at UT and Austin Community College. I also contribute strategy and design support to nonprofit organizations, including YWCA Greater Austin and the Latina Foundation.Outside of work, I love staying active and starting my day at the gym. I love continuous learning #NeverStopLearning so I will always have something new I am exploring, I enjoy reading, traveling, and volunteering whenever I can.
