Hi, I’m Susana — a SAFe® Solution Train Engineer (STE) and Agile Coach who’s all about helping teams work better, not just faster. Right now, I support our SAFe transformation at Eli Lilly, guiding multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across the Web Social and Search solution. I focus on bringing people together, creating clarity, and helping things actually flow.Over the years, I’ve found that true change doesn’t happen from checklists or frameworks alone—it comes from people showing up, leading by example, and being willing to shift how they think and work. That’s the kind of change I try to embody every day: whether I’m mentoring Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, removing roadblocks, or helping teams connect the dots between strategy and execution.
