I advise Canadian companies, service providers, and investors expanding into Brazil – and Brazilian businesses scaling into Canada – with clean, compliant, and strategic structures. My cross-border practice combines trade law, corporate governance, and execution, with increasing mandates in mining, natural resources, agri-food, consumer goods, and technology. I also know that sustainable markets depend on more than contracts and regulations – they require fair workplaces. That is why I selectively take on employment litigation, particularly when immigrant workers and professionals face harassment, wrongful dismissal, or systemic misconduct. For me, building business bridges between Canada and Brazil includes defending the integrity of those who sustain them.
