Imagine a world where governance is not invisible, where boards and leaders have clear insight into culture, risk and incentives before problems emerge. That is the future I work toward. My work focuses on helping organizations transform governance and compliance into measurable drivers of trust, resilience and long-term value.Over the past 15+ years, I have led BH Compliance in designing and implementing governance and compliance solutions for companies operating across the Americas, including regulated and high-impact sectors. Through platforms like G-Metrix and Comply Pulse, we provide boards and executive teams with the ability to measure the real effectiveness of their governance and compliance programs, identify material risks early, and align with investor expectations - turning what was once a “check-the-box” function into decision-grade intelligence.Alongside my executive role, I serve as a board director and governance advisor. I have served on boards including FIBA in Miami, AmCham Chile, AACCLA and Correos de Chile, and chaired Chile Transparente, the Chilean chapter of Transparency International. These roles allow me to bring practical insight on governance, ethics and ESG, with a focus on resilience, accountability and long-term value creation.My passion is also education and mentoring. I teach governance and compliance in MBA and executive programs, mentor entrepreneurs through Endeavor, and contribute to global governance communities including IWF, Women Corporate Directors, NACD and ICGN. I was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, reinforcing my commitment to responsible and purpose-driven leadership.I value thoughtful conversations with boards, executives and founders committed to building organizations where governance, culture and transparency support lasting performance.
