I am a Board Director and Governance Consultant with a senior experience in HR-Transformation-Organization executive roles and an international personal and professional background. I began my career in the finance and banking sector (asset management and project finance) and after 10 years redirected my career to HR. I started as an Executive Search consultant, recruiting and assessing senior professionals, for international financial institutions and corporations, and advising clients on these matters. For the following 13 years developed my experience as a senior HR executive in international companies leading and managing important transformation projects in the context of extraordinary corporate transactions (i.e. IPO, acquisitions, spin-offs,) expansion into new markets (both in terms of products and geographies) integrations and restructurings. Change has been a constant element in both my professional career and personal upbringing and has become a natural trait and stimulus. I am an unassuming and motivated person who strives for excellence, with a self-demanding, rigorous and critical attitude, and leads by example.
