Smoothly carries out project development from time of contract signing to activation of solar system • Coordinates with sales, utility companies, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ’s), subcontractors, build partners, construction planners, design + engineering team, and electrification managers to ensure a smooth and efficient activation of solar panels, battery equipment, and EV chargers • Handles escalated projects in collaboration with stakeholders across the business and, where necessary, escalates projects with challenges to leadership team for resolution• Problem solves project challenges, supports team in removing roadblocks, and escalates issues as needed to ensure quick action and resolution• Uses Salesforce software to keep track of project development and document notes/store pertinent documentation• Fosters and cultivates meaningful relationships with customers to ensure they are likely to refer additional projects to us and provide our company with the highest level of Net Promoter Score (NPS) possible
