In addition to being an accomplished entrepreneur with an International MBA, she is a Certified Wholistic Mind, Body, Spirit coach, Yoga instructor and 10X Fitness Optimization trainer.Susan’s coaching philosophy is based on the belief that happiness is an inside job; that our minds effect our body chemistry and that tapping into our best selves can be fun and life changing. With a love of science and an open mind to what is possible, Susan has created an effective array of tools for creating peace and bringing lasting joy to one’s life.As a former clean energy consultant, horticultural entrepreneur and luxury brand public relations advisor, Susan draws on her natural ability to make complex ideas easy to understand and fun. Through a depth of personal experience and years of investigation into different healing modalities Susan has curated the most effective, easy to execute strategies and tools for life transformation. Aside from her work as a life coach and educator, Susan is a gifted writer, speaker, mother, girlfriend, daughter, sister and aunt. She has been featured on multiple podcasts and hosts a variety of virtual and in-person workshops in Austin, Brooklyn, Aspen, Mexico and other locations. Workshops are focused on the Freedom Formula – keys to igniting purpose, passion and power, and other themes that encourage the embodiment of self- love into everyday life. She also created the digital course “MAGIC MORNING STRETCH- Transform Your Day Before You Get Out of Bed” which offers physical stretches along with mindful cues to give gratitude and get in touch with to your body.
