My name is Susan Watson and I am the Vice President of Eagle Paper. I have been with Eagle for 15 years and worked my way up the ladder in those years by proving and executing my abilities to strategize, problem solve and take lead. As a key member of the sales team, I am a solutions-based consultant that takes care to ensure that my client base is well looked after in every facet of their building. When facility and property managers, as well as business owners, come to me they typically are in need of three things: 1. Cost Control (creative efficiencies in labor reduction)2. Inventory Management3. Product/Dispenser Evaluation and ExecutionI look to lower the total cost of a customer\'s facility management program by 10-15%. I do that by completing a top to bottom assessment of a prospects building as well an interview with the staff to gauge deficiencies and pain points.My specialties are not just limited to janitorial and maintenance supplies and their training; I also create and manage custom packaging, provide inventory management services, research and development, and no-cost consulting. I firmly believe that the cornerstone of being an excellent distributor partner is being willing to source the product or service, even if I\'m not the person for the job.
