I am a professional engineer in the field of civil engineering, with 30 years of varied engineering experience in the consulting industry. I have been responsible for the technical, financial, quality, and delivery of infrastructure projects since I became a professional engineer in 1996. My approach to project delivery includes an unyielding commitment to client satisfaction. I have been an engaged advisor to over a dozen developing leaders across Canada.My most recent corporate role was serving as a Business Strategist for an Infrastructure Business Unit, responsible for national strategic direction.Through my role as Business Unit Strategist, I co-developed and delivered a new internal training program which seeks to train individuals who have been promoted to the position of account manager, in the art of business development. The training was delivered virtually, with videos, a training booklet and smaller breakout sessions led by me.
