Wellness: Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing administration (including communications) of wellness programs to improve the health and wellness of associates and dependents through education and health promotion resulting in cost containment or reduction in Company’s overall health care costs. Included introducing and support wellness initiatives at the company headquarters and to support activity at the site/warehouse level. Manage planning and administration of wellness programs and events, including interfacing with internal groups and external providers, health fair coordination, etc. Examples include health fairs, weight loss/fitness challenges, screening events, educational events such as lunch and learns. Resourced and act as primary contact for third party wellness program rewards provider. Executive retirement:Oversee administration for executive deferred compensation plan, including enrollment and distribution processes.Corporate Citizenship and Associate Relations:I lead the Associate Council for Engagement which is the steering committee that serves as champions for associate relations at the corporate office of 700 associates.
